Safe Trading Guide
HAIR MARKET connects buyers and sellers of real human hair. We do not hold money and do not take part in transactions. Please read this guide carefully to protect yourself.

For buyers
- Check the seller's profile carefully: title rank, Trusted badge, number of completed sales, and reviews from previous buyers.
- Always chat and negotiate inside the HAIR MARKET system so your conversation is saved as proof.
- Ask for real photos/videos of the hair bundle from multiple angles, with a ruler or a size reference object.
- Never pay the full amount in advance to a stranger. Prefer meeting in person or cash on delivery (COD) when possible.
- After receiving the goods, confirm the transaction and leave an honest review to help the community.

For sellers
- Take honest photos and describe the hair accurately (length, color, chemically treated or not). Misleading information will be reported and handled.
- Do not ask buyers to pay in advance before the terms are clearly agreed.
- Build long-term trust: deliver on time and as described to level up your title rank and earn the Trusted badge.

If something goes wrong
- Use the Report button on the listing or profile page to flag violations to our moderation team.
- Save all messages, photos, and transfer receipts as evidence.
- For high-value transactions, consider meeting in person in a public, crowded place.
HAIR MARKET is only a connecting platform. We do not hold money and are not responsible for transactions between parties. Always be as cautious as when dealing with strangers in real life.
